With over 30 years of experience as a university administrator, nonprofit executive, and leadership strategist, Sally combines academic expertise with practical insight. She holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership, as well as degrees in psychology, education, and instructional design.

Her passion is helping leaders and organizations discover what’s possible, strengthen their teams, and design strategies that create lasting effectiveness.

Dave Linn

Dave Linn works with leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, develop new enterprises, and create strategies for growth. He brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit leadership, enterprise development, and leadership development.

Dave’s background includes regional-level nonprofit leadership, working with leaders at 75 locations. He has effectively led organizations of various sizes and in different regions, including starting three enterprises. He has degrees in English and Education from Duke University and a Master of Divinity from Talbot Theological Seminary. Additionally, he has completed courses at the Hagan School of Business and the C. S. Lewis Summer Institute.
