As a Leadership Coach and Career Strategist, Dr. Sally V. Fry is interested in and committed to helping you increase your personal and organizational effectiveness. She brings her wealth of experience in leadership development as she works with organizations and teams to increase effectiveness in their organizational structures and team dynamics. She frequently speaks on organizational culture at conferences to bring awareness to the complexities of implementing change.
One of her passions is helping individuals discover their unique wiring and how to be effective in their personal and work lives. She is certified in the Working Genius, MBTI, Strengths Deployment Inventory, and True Colors, a Personality, Leadership, and Learning Styles instrument. In addition, she has extensive experience with the Holland Code (RIASEC) assessment, DiSC, and CliftonStrengths. Dr. Fry is gifted at helping people understand how their personality and leadership styles impact their daily lives.
She is a former university administrator and non-profit executive with over three decades of experience guiding individuals and organizations to effectiveness. She holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership along with degrees in psychology, education, and instructional design.
